With a strong foundation in Hospital & Health Systems Management, he has served in diverse leadership capacities—overseeing academic administration and faculty development at The Sankara Nethralaya Academy affiliated to The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, managing hospital operations and administration at Fortis Malar Hospitals and Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, and contributing as Faculty at Madras Medical Mission and Gleneagles Global Hospitals. He holds an MBA (Hospital & Health Systems Management) from Sri Ramachandra University and a Ph.D. in Healthcare Human Resource Management from Dr. MGR Educational and Research Institute University.

He has made significant contributions to national academic growth, serving as a Board of Studies Member for State, Central, and private universities, Affiliation Inspection Convenor, and guest faculty to leading higher education institutions. He has 14+ research publications in reputed journals and has spearheaded numerous academic and industry collaborations, including national seminars, MoUs with Hindustan University, leading multi-speciality hospitals, and industry bodies such as CAHO and CII. He has also played a pivotal role in student placement support for healthcare management graduates.
