Public health professional with 12+ years of national-level programme management experience, currently serving as CEO & Chief Functionary of Hemophilia Federation (India) — a 41-year-old national umbrella NGO with 100 chapters. She lead government advocacy, national/state-level policy engagement, and multi-stakeholder coordination to strengthen hemophilia care, enhance diagnosis, ensure disability rights, and address mental health needs for people with hemophilia across India.
As CEO, She oversee strategic planning, SOP development, CSR partnerships, finance, medicines division, legal matters, and volunteer networks — representing the organization in all high-level forums, from Parliament to grassroots.
