Lakshmi is an accomplished academician and healthcare management professional with 14 years of teaching and industry experience. She holds an MBA in Hospital and Health Systems Management from Sri Ramachandra Medical University, a Diploma in Labor Laws, and a Certificate in Healthcare Quality Management. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management. With an academic foundation in Biotechnology (Madras University), she has successfully integrated her knowledge of science, healthcare, and management, making significant contributions to both academia and industry.

Her professional journey includes impactful roles in healthcare administration and outreach—executing marketing projects, organizing health camps, and conducting Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs at Malar Hospitals (to promote Fortis Malar), and gaining hands-on administrative experience at Vasan Eye Care.

As an educator, she has served as Assistant Professor & Senior Faculty at The Sankara Nethralaya Academy, MMM College of Health Sciences and Global Health City, and as guest faculty at Revathi College of Allied Health Sciences, Tirupur, Hindustan University, and SIMS. She has also been academically associated with The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, SRM University Chennai, Hindustan University, and Pondicherry University.
